Yes, we offer Direct Debit payments through GoCardless, one of the UK’s leading providers.

It’s a great option for regular customers who want a simpler way to pay directly from their bank account. To get started, just contact our Sales team and we’ll set it up for you.

Yes, we accept POs, especially for larger or repeat business orders. To order via PO:

1. Contact our Sales team with your PO details and order requirements.
2. We’ll generate a bespoke quote for approval and purchase.
3. Once confirmed, your order is processed immediately.

We also offer GoCardless Direct Debit as an alternative for recurring orders - just ask our team which is best for you.

Invoices are sent by email immediately after your order is confirmed. If you haven’t received it:

1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Wait up to one hour in case of delay
3. Contact our Support Team if it still hasn’t arrived.

Yes, just log into your online account using the same email you ordered with. From there, you can view your order history and download PDF invoices anytime.
