Custom shape label printing takes the shackles off traditional shapes like circles and squares, allowing us to form the cut in any way you require.
Many customers ask for a cut outline that contours around their design, but we also create more intricate shapes for many specific use cases, such as:
- Two-part labels connected by a strip or tab (such as jar labels)
- Labels with tabs to act as seals
- Cuts within the cut (such as holes)
- Fits for niche shapes such as spray bottles
- Labels that fit a custom shaped bottle or container
- Lid labels with wrap-around sides
And pretty much anything else! All printed in any custom size on paper, waterproof polypropylene, matt, gloss, clear, metallic and more.
How we’ll print your custom shape labels
Once your new labels have been proofed, we’ll print them with the latest technology, our Indigo digital presses, for fantastic sharpness and vibrancy that stands toe-to-toe with any major brand.
Every label will then be laser cut into your desired shape, and finally prepared into the supply format you require (rolls, sheets or individually cut singles) which you can select from when ordering.
Free setup and proofing included
We have an in-house graphics department to assist you with the critical setup of your custom shape labels.
You can either show us where the cut line needs to be in your artwork file, or just provide written instructions when ordering. Either way, we’ll send you a proof that shows the label and its cut line, with an opportunity for any amendments if needed before we print.
We can also offer artwork amendments if you need anything changed, or even create a bespoke design from scratch if you don’t have your own yet.
