Our kiss-cut sticker sheets are fully customisable and available in six different materials, from cheaper and more environmentally friendly paper sticker sheets to waterproof and more durable polypropylene plastic sticker sheets. You can also add matt or gloss lamination for extra resistance to scratches and fading, and select either our standard permanent adhesive for long-term uses or our low-tack, removable adhesive for shorter-term applications.

While our sticker sheets can be cut to any size or shape, we have set A4, A5, A6 and DL sizes available in some materials for a more budget-friendly option. Whichever size or shape you go for, the individual stickers on the sheet are also completely customisable. Our state-of-the-art technology can deliver precise and intricate kiss cuts in line with your sticker sheet printing template.

If you haven’t finalised your sticker sheet design yet, never fear; we offer a free design service to anybody who needs it. Send us your ideas, required graphics, text and any barcodes/QR codes, and our design team will work with you to create a custom product you love.

Use for promotions, packages, and giveaways

Sticker sheets for marketing purposes are rapidly rising in popularity, and it’s easy to see why. Sticker sheets are more interactive than other marketing tools (such as flyers or business cards), as stickers can be peeled and used in various ways. This interactive element further engages potential customers with the brand being promoted and increases brand visibility.

Sticker sheets have a wide range of potential uses as well. If you run a business that sends parcels and letters, you can use individual stickers to seal your packaging or include a whole custom printed mixed sticker sheet as a promotional freebie. If you go to events or trade shows, a sticker sheet can be a fun giveaway item. For freelance designers and artists, sticker sheets can be used to showcase artwork, give customers something to engage with, or sell as its own product.

Our personalised sticker sheets are perfect for generating brand awareness, and we can get yours to you in no time with our free next-day delivery after dispatch option. Get in contact with us today to place your first order.

Sticker sheet features and extra info

    Feature Details
Material thickness All sticker sheet materials are 70-100 microns thick, balancing durability and flexibility, and ensuring smooth sticker peeling without tearing.
Cut precision Laser kiss-cutting delivers clean cuts and accurate shapes, no matter how intricate the design.
Finish options Matt lamination gives sticker sheets a soft, glare-free look, while gloss lamination adds shine and makes the colour pop. Both options protect from scratches, fading and general wear and tear.
Adhesive options Permanent adhesive keeps stickers firmly in place, while temporary adhesive creates peelable stickers that won’t leave residue when removed.
Durability Paper sticker sheets are ideal for short-term, indoor uses, while Vinyl sticker sheets are more resistant to water, tearing and UV damage, making for a longer-lasting sticker.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Sticker sheets are ideal for customers wanting multiple sticker designs printed in a cost-effective, easily stored/distributed and relatively eco-friendly manner. Sticker sheets allow you to fit multiple designs on one sheet, making them a cheaper option for lovers of variety. They are lightweight and flat, so they are easier to store than sticker rolls and easier to hand out than individual stickers. They also produce less backing waste than individual stickers, which is ideal for more environmentally conscious customers.

The opposite of kiss-cut is ‘die-cut’, or ‘full cut’, which is where the blade or laser cuts through the label layer and the backing layer. Sticker sheets do not tend to be die-cut because the sticker backs usually need to be kept intact as the stickers are peeled off.

While a lot of customers order sticker sheets for business promotions or packaging, they are utilised as educational tools, given away as gifts and used to personalise possessions as well. Artists use them as sellable merchandise, parents use them as party favours, and teachers use them as classroom incentives. Some individuals also use them in their journals, planners and scrapbooks.

A kiss-cut sticker is one where the blade or laser used for cutting only goes through the top label layer, leaving the backing layer intact. Also known as ‘half-cut’, kiss-cut stickers can be peeled off a sticker sheet without affecting its structural integrity, because the backing remains. Having an intact back layer makes kiss-cut stickers easier to peel, too.

You can print your own DIY sticker sheets at home with sticker paper and a printer, or with a cutting machine like a Cricut. This is fine for small craft projects, but the finished sheets will not be as high in quality as professionally printed products. We use commercial-grade printers, materials and inks to deliver sticker sheets that last longer, look clearer and peel more cleanly than home-printed alternatives.

Before placing your sticker sheet order, please make note of these specific sticker sheet design guidelines:

Background printing: As well as printing the stickers themselves, we can also print on the background of your sticker sheets. This allows for whole-page sticker sheet designs that are ideal for branding, instructions or decoration.

Multiple designs: You can have multiple designs on the same sticker sheet, as long as all designs use the same material, lamination and adhesive. If you would like to place a multi-design order, please get in touch with us to do so. Our online form is not currently set up to process orders with multiple designs.

Maximum number of stickers per sticker sheet: There’s no set maximum number of stickers per sheet - it depends on size and shape. We print on A4, A5, A6, DL or custom sizes, and recommend a minimum sticker size of 20mm for quality printing and easy peeling. As a guide, an A4 sheet can hold 40 25mm square or circle stickers, or fewer if the stickers are bigger.

Smaller stickers: Although we recommend that stickers are no smaller than 20mm, you can order smaller stickers if you wish. If your sticker sheets do contain very small stickers, we suggest increasing the standard bleed and safe area margins by 2-3mm to help make peeling easier.

Custom shapes: Our laser cutters allow us to create sticker sheets in custom shapes (as well as standard rectangles). These cutters also enable us to completely customise the shapes of the individual stickers on the sticker sheet. For individual sticker shapes, all we need are cutlines for each shape that our cutters can follow. You can supply these cutlines in your artwork file, or we can set them up for you.
