FAQ: Delivery & Returns

We dispatch all orders with next-day delivery after printing to get your items to you as fast as possible. Methods include DPD next-day delivery for Pro orders, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Basic orders.

Orders dispatched on Fridays arrive on Monday. Saturday delivery is available, but there is an extra cost. Contact us to arrange this if required. For urgent needs, you can also arrange to collect your order directly from our Doncaster factory once it’s printed. Please contact us beforehand to set this up.

Yes, alongside our fast turnaround time (we are called Fast Labels after all), we offer two even faster methods:

Express Production - This speeds up production by one working day compared to the standard turnaround. There’s no need to contact us - just select "Express Production" in the basket when placing your order. Cost and availability depend on your product specs and may vary during busy periods. To check pricing, use our product page calculator, then proceed to the basket. If you don’t see the option but need your order urgently, contact our sales team.

Rush Job - This is a fully fast tracked service for urgent orders. It requires direct contact with our sales team to check production capacity and delivery time. We'll confirm availability and any extra costs based on your timeline. If you need your order as soon as possible, please call us right away.

We offer split delivery to multiple addresses. The first address is free, and each additional address costs £10 to cover extra courier and logistics fees. If you want to split your order, get in touch as soon as you can if you’ve already ordered so we can update the shipping details.

When ordering, specify the quantities or designs for each address so we can package correctly. If you’ve ordered roll labels, you can also let us know how many rolls per box you need. For many addresses or complex orders, providing a spreadsheet with details helps to ensure everything goes to plan.

Yes, you can, but only if you contact us quickly, before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

We ship across a wide range of locations, including:

  • UK Mainland - Pro orders are sent via DPD Next Day, while Basic orders go out with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • Republic of Ireland - Delivery typically takes around two days.
  • Offshore Areas - This covers places like Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey), Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Scilly Isles.
  • European Union - We offer delivery throughout the EU, with transit times varying depending on the destination.

Please note: Our standard online checkout only supports UK addresses. For shipments outside the UK, please get in touch with our Sales Team to arrange an order and the delivery with one of our advisors.

All our orders come with next day delivery after dispatch, and include full tracking details.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email from either DPD or Royal Mail containing a tracking number and link. For DPD deliveries, you may also receive a delivery time slot on the day of arrival.

Yes, we can combine multiple active orders into a single shipment.

  • Contact our team before placing your orders to confirm we can ship them together.
  • If you’ve already placed multiple orders, get in touch as soon as possible so we can update the shipping details before dispatch.
  • Please note, depending on size, weight and quantity, orders might still arrive in separate boxes.

Before returning anything, please contact our support team to tell us why you would like to return the order. The best solution depends on the issue:

  • If we sent the wrong items, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If your order was misdelivered, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it quickly.
  • For other issues, we’ll work with you to find the best option, whether that’s an urgent reprint, a direct refund, or potentially something else.
  • If the return is required due to our fault, we can also arrange a free collection of the labels.

If you miss the delivery, you can arrange a re-delivery or collection directly with the courier using your tracking number on their website. If you have any trouble with this, please contact our support team for assistance.

Both DPD and Royal Mail usually offer an option to leave the parcel in a "safe place" if you’re unavailable. Just make sure the location is dry and protected to avoid damage to your labels.

Express Production is a faster service that reduces your order’s printing time by one working day compared to the standard estimate. The cost and availability depend on your product specifications and may not be available during very busy periods. If offered, the extra charge for Express Production will be shown based on your order details.
