Part 1: If Your Order is Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect
This section applies to
all products. If your order has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Your Choice of Resolution: Once the issue is verified, you have the choice between a full refund or a free, prioritised reprint of your order.
- How to Report an Issue: Contact Support with your order number and photos. For courier damage, please notify us within 48 hours.
- We will provide a free returns label if we need the goods back for inspection.
Part 2: If You Change Your Mind
This section covers your statutory rights.
Important: Due to their custom nature, bespoke goods are exempt from the standard cooling-off period and cannot be returned for a "change of mind" refund.
- Eligible Products: Standard, non-personalised items only.
- Timeframe: Consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us they wish to cancel and receive a refund.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in this instance.
Part 3: The FastLabels 30 Day Quality Promise (for Bespoke Goods)
Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our bespoke products. If you're not happy with your order for any reason related to its production quality—even if it's not technically faulty—please contact us within 30 days.
- Our Commitment to a Fair Solution: While refunds are not available for these custom items, our standard solution is to offer a full or partial reprint to correct the issue and ensure you get the perfect labels.
- Our Process: Our team will review the order with you. In the vast majority of cases, this reprint is completely free. For complex orders or requests involving artwork changes, we may ask you to cover a portion of the cost, but we will always discuss and agree on a fair solution with you first.
- Your Artwork & Our Promise: For the best results, we always recommend carefully proofreading your designs for any typos and checking image quality before ordering. Officially, our promise covers the quality of our production process. However, we know that mistakes can happen. If you find an issue with the file you submitted, please contact us anyway. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will review your situation on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which often includes offering a heavily discounted reprint.

- Contact Support with your order number, photos, and a short description.
- If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a free returns label (for faulty goods).
- Repack the items securely and keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
