* 30-day means your return must be received at our facility within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will always work with you on the quickest and fairest fix, usually a free reprint. If you prefer not to reprint, you can request a refund once the items are received back and checked. Items must be unused, in original packaging and complete. See our Returns Policy.

The FastLabels 30-day Promise

Any reason within 30 days. Returns for change of mind or any other reason are accepted if the parcel reaches our facility within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Best fix first. We will explore the fastest and most suitable resolution with you, usually a free reprint. If you would rather not reprint, you can request a refund once the return is received and checked.

Condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging and complete, including the full quantity supplied.

Postage. Free return label for faulty or not-as-described items. For change of mind you pay return postage. We refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law.

Posting in good time. Please post promptly so the parcel can reach us within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after receipt and confirmation.
