Our FastLabels Promise:
We keep returns simple and fair. Where a return is required under this Promise or your statutory rights, we explain below when we provide a free returns label and what time limits apply.
T&C’s:
- Contact us within 28 calendar days of delivery to raise any quality or satisfaction issue. This 28-day promise is our commitment to customer satisfaction, providing all customers with a generous window to report issues. It runs alongside and does not replace your statutory rights as a Consumer. Courier damage or packing errors must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, contents and shipping label.
- Our Resolution Process. For any satisfaction issue raised under this 28-Day Promise, our primary commitment is to reprint your order correctly at no cost. We find this is the fastest way to resolve most issues.
- Refunds. A full refund may be offered if a reprint is not feasible, has already failed, or where required by law. Please note that for Consumers, this promise operates alongside your statutory rights. If your goods are faulty, you retain your legal right to reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, as detailed in our main Returns Policy.
- Returns postage and labels. We provide a free returns label where Goods are faulty or not as described, where you cancel due to our error or a notified risk of substantial delay, or where you exercise a statutory cooling-off right for eligible non-bespoke Goods. In all other circumstances you are responsible for the cost of returning Goods unless we agree otherwise.
- If a return is required, items must reach us within 14 calendar days of approval. Return labels must be scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days of issue. Keep proof of posting or tracking until we confirm receipt.
- Goods must be returned as sold, in the original packaging, with all rolls intact and the full quantity despatched, including any overprint. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the Goods purchased.
- Bespoke and custom tooling. Bespoke or customised goods are generally non-refundable except where faulty or otherwise required by law. Where a job required custom dies, plates or specialist tooling purchased specifically for your order, those tooling costs are not refundable unless the fault is ours. On higher value orders we may require inspection before any refund decision.
- We may refuse refunds where goods are returned incomplete, used or not in the original condition received, or where the problem arises from artwork or specifications supplied by you. Goods returned without prior authorisation, or without valid tracking, may not be accepted.
- FastLabels is not liable for parcels that are damaged, delayed or lost in transit. Please repack securely. Any customs or import fees and any delivery upgrades are not refundable and may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
- Once returned, we aim to process refunds within 7 to 14 days from the date your return is received and confirmed by us, not from the date the return was arranged. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable for Basic orders, except where we must refund the standard outbound delivery charge under statutory cooling-off rights for eligible non-bespoke Goods.
- Important — our Shipping and Returns Policy may change at any time without prior notification.
