Our FastLabels Promise:
Bespoke or customised goods are usually non-returnable, however at FastLabels we offer FREE returns for all bespoke goods. Contact our Support team for a free pickup barcode or pickup pass / PIN / reference code to be sent to your email address, then drop your parcel off at your nearest DPD Pickup Point (a shop, locker, etc.), and we will do the rest.
T&C’s:
- All return requests must be initiated in writing within 7 working days of delivery by you (the receiver).
- The goods must be received by us (the sender) within 14 working days of the return being approved, not from when the return is requested.
- All return labels should be scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days from the date of issue. Customers must keep proof of posting or a tracking number until the return has been confirmed by the receiver (us). We cannot process refunds without evidence.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods purchased. The goods must be returned as sold, in the original packaging received, with all rolls intact and the full quantity despatched, including any overprint.
- We have the right to refuse refunds should goods be returned incomplete, used, or not in the original condition the product was sold or received.
- Goods returned without prior authorisation, or without a valid tracking number, may not be accepted.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours. You must provide images of the damaged parcels, items damaged, and the shipping label within this time. These can be sent to Support. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in a replacement or refund claim being unsuccessful.
- FastLabels cannot be liable for parcels that are damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, therefore customers are responsible for securely repacking goods for returns. We are also not liable for any additional shipping fees, including customs or import charges. These may be deducted from the total refund value upon authorisation.
- Once returned, we aim to process all refunds within 7 to 14 days. This is from the date the return is received and confirmed in writing by the receiver (us), not the date the return was arranged.
- Refunds can only be processed to the original card the order was placed with.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable for BASIC orders.
- Important — our Shipping and Returns Policy may change at any time without prior notification.
